like many others before me, I have spent my life on a quest – a quest for wholeness, recovery, purpose and wellbeing. At times this has taken me to places of risk and danger, but also to higher levels of awareness and deep satisfaction.

In the last thirty years working as a psychologist and trainer, I have searched for an approach, a framework that is real and rigorous, but also deeply human and simple enough for everyone to understand and practice.

By the way, it also had to work – first for myself and family, and then for thousands of clients and trainees I have worked with. That is how I came across an approach which is continuing to develop and evolve, but at it’s core reflects the wisdom and insights of thousands of years. As a result I have been able to travel around the world and meet fantastic and inspring people.

At the heart of this approach is the invitation to use it as a basis for personal change. It reminds me of an advertisement I once saw. It goes like this. “I want to transform my organization. Where do I start?” – “Transform Yourself”

Validation has come as I have sought to operate on the basis of this positive psychology, and taught it to people of every age, diverse cultures, religions and philosophies, wealthy and poor, fortunate and less fortunate. Each person has been able to understand and apply these ideas to improve the quality of their lives. Once we truly understand that we choose all we do, life can never be the same.

I see people making this radical shift in thinking and as a result experiencing a very different life. This is why I teach Choice Theory and its applications through Reality Therapy and Lead Management.

I hope you enjoy my website and find something for you here,

Ivan
